My two disappointments, thus far 1) Count your product. I ordered a dozen cookies, when I should have asked for 12. I got 11. (I thought it felt light. I should have checked in-store, before it was too late.) 2) Packaging; I would buy their delicious brownies all the time, if they didn't have to get jammed and crammed in those plastic clamshells. Not the right package for a square item.February 23, 2017
