  This bakery is nothing short of amazing! In my travels I have tried treats from as many bakeries in this area as I could find from Erie to Pittsburgh and none compare to Icing on the Lake! Their cupcakes are to die for, their cookies are soft and delicious, their cakes are beautiful and just as tasty, and they offer many, many other wonderful treats. To top it off, the staff is fun, friendly, and always smiling. I have been enjoying their delicacies for over 2 years and I would and do still highly recommend Icing on the Lake to everyone!!

  My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Icing on the Lake and we were so happy we did. Everything from cake testing to delivery and setup could not have gone more smoothly. All of the cakes we tasted were absolutely phenomenal which made our decision even more difficult. However, we went with our favorites, chocolate ganache, red velvet, and carrot cake. We had our cakes placed on the dessert bar so that our guests could take a piece home with them. At the end of the night, there was not a single piece left. Our guests all commented on how delicious our cake was. I am happy that they enjoyed the cakes just as much as we did!

  Most delicious cake I've ever had! They have made me a few cakes now and they always turn out better than I pictured. Very beautifully made and decorated! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. They are also great if you just want to stop in for a sweet treat.
